If you paint your wall first,there are more chances of causing small damages to the wall at the cause of floors installation.The skirting part is more likely to be repainted after installation but if you install floor first, you wont cause those scratches and damages,all you have to do is to place nylon to cover the floor and paint your wall with no worry. Instead of having to paint and worry about scratch and touch ups ,you save so much time by doing the floor first😊
